BOOKINGS—RESERVATION ENQUIRIES-RATES

Mount Lodge—Humewood

All rates are quoted in good faith, but please confirm when booking. A deposit is required when booking to ensure your room is reserved - booking up to 5 days in advance, 50% deposit; booking less than 5 days in advance, 80% deposit. We accept all major debit & credit cards. Internet transfers are welcome.

Cancellations (other than those specified below):

· Less than 14 days notice, no show or cancellation during your stay, full deposit will be retained & you will be liable for the outstanding balance of the total booking.

· From 15 to 28 days, forfeit full 50% deposit.

· More than 28 days, deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations for Special Events, bookings from 15-Dec to 10-Jan, Easter, bookings by travel agents & tour operators, bookings for 3+ rooms:

· Less than 60 days notice, no show or cancellation during your stay, full deposit will be retained & you will be liable for the outstanding balance of the total booking.

· More than 60 days, deposit will be refunded.

Act of God - no refunds.

Kindly note that all refunds are at management’s discrection & are subject to 15% handling fee on the full value of the booking.

Rates

from R300 per person sharing, B&B

from R480 single room, B&B

children:

0 - 5 years stay free with parents

6 - 13 years, R75 per night

additional child over 13 or adult sharing—R120 per night

Kindly note that rates are quoted per person not per room & you will be accountable for any additional guests staying with you.
